They recently made a major upgrade to the dumbbell area and added Watson dumbbells, which are serious quality. If you’re into training and appreciate a well-built gym, this place is the real deal. Very clean and up to date equipment. The staff is always very helpful.

This is a great gym! An assortment of equipment, multiple squat racks, dead lift platform, various cardio, a huge wall of dumbbells, and extremely clean! The owner is the best and you can tell that she loves and takes pride in her business. I highly recommend this gym for everyone.

This is a great gym!  Has everything you need for working out!  Liz the owner is so friendly and willing to help in anyway she can. The staff is always helpful too!  They have great trainers. Gym Nation is hands-down my favorite gym in the city. ALWAYS clean, the staff is courteous and helpful and the owner, Elizabeth really cares about her customers. But the real star is Nelly’s Zumba class! Her energy is absolutely contagious — she makes you forget you’re working out and turns the room into a full-on party. Amazing playlists, clear instructions, and she somehow remembers everyone’s name and cheers you on personally. I leave sweaty, smiling, and already counting down to the next session.
